About Us
We are an award-winning, family business designing distinct and individual architectural solutions for the beautiful island of Guernsey.
All our designs are unique – inspired by our island setting, always mindful of location and specifically and lovingly tailored to your personal needs.
Design is a way of life for us and your project becomes our focus as we work together with you to interpret your aspirations into a truly individual home.
Our designs are created to age with grace and adapt to your changing needs. We strive to work with budget in mind but without compromising design quality and aesthetic.
Our design expertise has been built on the sound blocks of experience. We can manage your project from start to finish should you so wish.
Whether you are planning your “Grand Design” or modifying your existing home, we bring creative design solutions to the table.

Born and educated in Guernsey, I moved to England to study Architecture.
Once qualified, I worked for Sir Terry Farrell in London and then practiced in Australia before returning to London as Associate Director of an architectural practice where I was involved in designing award winning, residential developments in Kensington and Chelsea.
I moved back to Guernsey in 2004 and was project architect on St Sampsons High School before setting up Paul Langlois Architects in 2007.
The key to good design is the collaboration between the Client and Architect. I work directly with you throughout the design process, carefully blending thoughts and allowing the design to develop and unlock the potential of the building or site.
It is a ‘soft modern’ approach that combines a practical, pragmatic and sustainable design solution to provide an environment that enriches the your living/working experience.

I spent fifteen years working in London for award winning, style driven architectural, design and fashion businesses - the last 10 years as Managing Director of UK Womenswear Brand, Amanda Wakeley.
Since relocating to Guernsey in 2004 I have worked on a variety of residential interiors from traditional Guernsey Farmhouses to new build houses and refurbishments.
A holistic approach is required when designing a house or conversion. A house needs to “Flow” and to achieve this the design coordination between the interior and exterior finishes is of paramount importance.
I like to work with you to establish your lifestyle priorities. Practical considerations and budget carry equal weight to aesthetics in my designs.
